RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email or DM to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will EFT you the money as soon as possible. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
SALE / DISCONTINUED ITEMS
Items purchased on sale or items that are no longer stocked will not be eligible for a refund or return.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are the wrong size/ defective/ damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item just in a different size, send us an email at thelabelhalcyon@gmail.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as well as the shipping costs back to your address.
JEWELLERY
NECKLACES & BRACELETS
We do not offer any refunds on these products, unless the item is faulty. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly provide you with a store credit to the value of the product OR you may exchange it for another product of the same value. The customer is liable for the R100 courier fee both ways. To be eligible for an exchange, the product needs to be in its original condition and packaging.
EARRINGS
Due to the hygienic nature of earrings, we can unfortunately not accept returns or exchanges unless broken. Please note that all our products go through thorough inspection before it is shipped, and we will therefore not be responsible for any damages that occur during shipping.
RINGS
If the incorrect ring size was purchased, a return will not be accepted, as ring sizing guides are provided on the website. We are however happy to exchange the ring for a different size or item. The customer will be liable for the R100 courier fee, both ways.
All products are thoroughly inspected before being shipped out. If you do receive a defective/faulty item, you have 1 day to inform us of this from the day of delivery. Photographic evidence will have to be sent to Halcyon The Label, and if proven to be a defective item, we will arrange a collection of the item and for the delivery of a replacement to be sent to you. [ A “Defective Product” is one which contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected and advertised.]
WEDDING SHOES
Kindly note that all wedding shoes are available on pre-order only. Once the order is placed on our website, delivery can take up to 4 weeks. Please keep this leed time in mind when ordering to ensure that you will receive your wedding shoes well before your special day. We recommend that you order your wedding shoes a minimum of 2 months before your wedding day.
Please note that no returns of wedding shoes will be accepted. This is due to the hygienic nature of the item. Please use the size guide for reference when placing your order to ensure you order the correct size - due to the nature of the item, no size exchanges will be allowed.
NB! Please note that if our supplier is temporarily out of stock of the specific shoe size that you have pre-ordered, or if they have discontinued it, you will have the option to choose a different shoe or receive a full refund/store credit.
